Hi, I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the spices set and recipe book I bought from you at the good food show this year . I cant believe how easy it has been to make some delicious dishes and all from scratch too! Will you be bringing out another cook book in the future? would be great if you did as im sure there as so many more dishes to be made.

Many Thanks
Claire Donovan

I made Lamb Rogan Josh and Chicken Korma and everyone loved it.

have cooked Indian meals before but it was always a very long and tiring event, usually because I would realise half way through that I didn't have all the spices. I found the recipes easy to use.  It was great to simply jot down the ingredients on the left list, safe in the knowledge that I had all the spices I need from the list on the right. I followed the recipe exactly and it was worth it because the meals were so authentic. My family loved everything and commented: 'If this was from an Indian takeaway or Restaurant we would be telling everyone to go there".  Thanks for making me look good.   S Dennis

I would like to congratulate you on your brilliant Flavour @ Spices set that I bought from the summer good Food show at Birmingham in June 2010.  I have always been a confident cook, but could never master the spices and get the right flavours with Indian food; this book has changed all that.  I have done 4 recipes to date all perfect and more important come out looking like the picture, and taste fantastic - many thanks for all your advice at the show and introducing me to Flavours & Spices

Just had to drop you an email to say how pleased we are with all the spices in the spice box and the recipe book is fantastic. We have made 6 or 7 recipes so far and they have all turned out delicious.  We were so pleased with everything, that we have ordered another spice box to take to our son in Edinburgh as a present, as he loves indian food.

The recipes are well laid out and easy to understand and as yet, I have not made a mistake with anything.  Also having the measuring spoon helps a lot.

My husband found your site on the web and suggested we send for the spices, as we love cooking indian food, and it is the best buy we have made in a long time.

Keep up the good work!!!

Hi everyone,

I bought your book and spices as the Good Food Show last year. It is fantastic. It is definitely the best Indian cook book I've had. All the recipes work and when I have dinner parties everyone raves about the food. When we saw you at the show, you were hoping to bring out another cook book. I notice there is nothing on your web site about it. Are you still planning one and if so do you have any idea of when it is likely to be released. We would really like more recipes from you all.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards
Jacqui Byrne

I bought one of your sets at the Country Living fair last year - as a Christnas present for my husband - and he loves it.

Having all the key spices to hand in such an attractive way makes it so easy - we've tried several recipes and each one has been delicious - much nicer than a take away.

We love the Chilli Prawns and also enjoy the Rogan Josh recipes so wonder if you have a similar prawn curry recipe or could advise how best to adapt the meat version for prawns.

PS Have recommended the set to all my friends and look forward to any future recipe books.

Hi there,

I've got your new cook book and looks fabulous.

My Indian party for 30 early September went very well. Many good comments about the lamb dish and all loved the butter chicken.

Both spent two days marinating after cooking and re-heated with no problem although I added the milk and cream to the chicken while re-heating.........fabulous.

Do you remember I spoke to you about the Rogan Josh in that there is too much liquid prior to mixing in the sugar?

What I do is spoon off surplus liquid, save it as a stock and add later with the water as instructed. So in other words it's a rich stock.

All very lovely and cannot wait to try your fish my favourite

All the best and thanks for such a fabulous idea.................good luck with your marketing and hope one day you'll reach your millionth sale.
